Use Orbitz Rewards when you book your hotel in Newark and you’ll start earning points immediately. No matter the weather in Newark, you can enjoy swimming any time of year at an indoor pool.
Indoor pools are always the perfect temperature, plus you’ll feel like you’re in your own little world-from getting in your morning workout to relaxing after a day of adventure. And when you choose Newark hotels with indoor pools, you never have to worry about the weather outside. If you want options that are a little further, but in the city, let me know.Nothing puts you instantly into vacation mode-even if you’re on a business trip-like a refreshing dip in the pool. It's the most chill spot, and the staff is fantastic. Food and drinks are AMAZING, and they are technically a sports bar, so you can have a game on and have Madonna playing in the background. Trophy Room is actually right near Club Cafe as well, and if you just want a bar, I would go here. It's also very packed so get there early. It's welcoming on Thursdays, and I know the club is trying to break away from that image too. Trust I am super gay but the crowd there is not welcoming if you're outside of the cookie cutter norm of whatever trend is going on in the south end. Thursdays are fun there, but I can't stand going on a Friday or Saturday, personally. If you're cool with a drag show, its honestly the best one in Boston, mainly for its diversity and creativity.Ĭlub Cafe is another option, which is more for the heteronormative scene, at least compared to Machine. Mondays is All Star Mondays, a drag show and dance night. Hip-Hop Upstairs, then rotating events downstairs, some of which are 18+. Friday is 18+ Downstairs, 21+ upstairs (Latin night upstairs). Best nights there are Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. I would consider it a dive club, not a dive bar, if that makes sense. Machine is closest to Northeastern, imo, and the most fun.
